Devi Nair, MD, FHRS
Devi G. Nair, MD, FACC, FHRS, is Chief of Cardiac Electrophysiology and Research at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and Director and CEO of Arrhythmia Research Group. She also serves as Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology at White River Medical Center and as Clinical Adjunct Professor of Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
Dr. Nair is Editor-in-Chief of The Journal of Innovations in Cardiac Rhythm Management, Governor of the Arkansas Chapter of the American College of Cardiology, Co-Producer of the HRX Innovation Summit for the Heart Rhythm Society, and Program Chair of Rhythm Interventions Online. She serves on the editorial board of Europace and on the 2026 Scientific Planning Committee of the European Heart Rhythm Association.
A nationally and internationally recognized clinical investigator, Dr. Nair has served as National Principal Investigator on multiple FDA IDE and randomized controlled trials and sits on the steering committees of numerous global studies. Her research has appeared in the New England Journal of Medicine, JACC, Circulation, and Heart Rhythm, with particular focus on pulsed field ablation, left atrial appendage closure, leadless and conduction system pacing, and fluoroscopy-reduction strategies.
Trained in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and clinical cardiac electrophysiology at Case Western Reserve University–MetroHealth in Cleveland, Dr. Nair has been voted Best Cardiologist in Jonesboro for ten consecutive years and received the 2024 Governor’s Health Policy Award for Arkansas.
